Here are the steps you need to follow:
Setting Up Chatbot Tool
- To set up the Chatbot Tool, go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under Chatbot Tool to begin the integration process.
- The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration.
- Enter a suitable name for the integration and click
Create.
- Next, select the function for the integration . Click Save.
Linking the Tool to Your AI Assistant
5. Next, you need to assign the tool to the corresponding Assistant. Go to AI Agents > Assistants. If you haven’t created an Assistant yet, click on the Add an Assistant button.
6. In the Add an Assistant dialog box, enter a name for your Assistant along with other details. Write a comprehensive prompt (something like below). Click Save & Exit.
7. Once you have created the Assistant, click on the Edit button from the Operations tab.
8. In the Tool dialog box, click on Connect Tools and select Chatbot Tool from the dropdown menu.
9. Select the Tool Configuration (i.e. the name you entered in Step 3)
10. Click Save & Exit.
Setting up a Widget
11. Navigate to Widgets. Make sure you have selected AI Agents from the sidebar.
12. Click on Add a Widget.
13. Here you can set up the Widget as needed.
14. Once you click the Submit button, the Widget will be created.
Now your Widget(Embedding Setup for Calendly) is ready to use . You can also try it out from the Playground section of your dashboard.
