Here are the steps you need to follow:
Setting Up Calendar Tool
1. To set up the Calendar Tool , go to the Tools section under AI Agents from the sidebar. Click on the Set Up button under Calendar to begin the integration process.
2. The Setup Your Tool dialog box appears. Click on Start New to initiate the configuration.
3. The Google Integration window will appear.
4. Choose the desired account and set up the details.
5. Once your account is set up, you will land on this page.
Enter name and click Create
6. When you click Create, you will be directed to the next step
Enable the functionalities that suit your needs.
7. When you click Save, you will be directed to the final step.
Fill in all the necessary details and click Finish. Now, your calendar is ready to link to your assistant.
Setting up the AI Assistan
8. Next, Go to AI Agents > Assistants. If you haven’t created an Assistant yet, click on the Add an Assistant button.
9. In the Add an Assistant dialog box, enter a name for your Assistant along with other details(make sure Assistant Type : OpenAI Realtime ). Write a comprehensive prompt (something like below). Click Save & Exit.
Linking the Tool and Intent to Your AI Assistant
10. Next, you need to assign the tool to your AI Agent. Go to AI Agents > Assistants
Click on the Edit Assistant option under the Operations tab.
11. Connect the tools located under the "Tools" tab
12. Click on "Assign Intent" under the Webhook & intent.
13. A prompt box for Linked Data Sources will appear.
14. Check the box to assign intent, enter the Name and relevant point of contact, and then click "Add Intent."
15. Click Save & Exit.
Setting up a Widget
16. Go to AI Agents from the sidebar and select the Widgets tab. Click on Add a Widget button to create a widget.
17. Enter the name and description of your widget and select the corresponding OpenAI Realtime Assistant. Choose the Widget Type as Web Call as shown in the image below.
Click Submit, now your widget is ready to use.
